Travel without giving up your plans
If you or your loved one is on dialysis, overseas travel can feel complicated. We help international dialysis patients and families enjoy Japan with confidence by recommending suitable clinics and arranging reservations on your behalf.
Service overview
We select and book dialysis clinics that fit your trip based on:
- Area: Where you will stay and visit
- Itinerary & hotel: Convenience for sightseeing and transfers
- Language: Clinics with suitable language support
We handle communication with clinics and any required medical information, so you don’t have to coordinate across time zones or languages.
Features and benefits
- Physician-led: Operated by a doctor routinely providing dialysis care in Japan
- Language-checked: We confirm clinic language support in advance
- Nationwide options: From Tokyo and Osaka to regional destinations
- Zero hassle: We match and book—no complex paperwork for you
Pricing
The fee for arranging dialysis at one clinic is 80 USD (approximately 10,000 yen). If you require more than one clinic during your stay—whether in different cities or within the same city—each additional clinic booking is another 80 USD (about 10,000 yen). For example, using one clinic for your entire stay would be 80 USD; visiting both Tokyo and Osaka would be 160 USD; and even two different clinics in Tokyo would be 160 USD in total.
Dialysis treatment fees in Japan are separate and paid directly to the clinic. We do not arrange hotels or transportation.

Why I started this service
I am a physician in Japan who provides dialysis care every day—and I love to travel. Travel Dialysis Japan was born from a simple aim: combine medical reassurance with the joy of travel, so you can experience Japan together with peace of mind.
